Basis of the edition

The present edition is based on the photographs available at the Mainzer Photoarchiv of the Hethitologie Portal Mainz, as well as the available hand-copies and relevant secondary literature up to 2019. When the original manuscripts have been collated, this is noted in the commentary.

Commentary

The preserved part of the text lists offerings for spring festivals of several deities, and at least in some cases their suppliers. The context is very fragmentary. The occurrence of the Storm god of Tippuwa suggests the central districts as a plausible geographical setting.

Palaeography and orthography: Note the spelling mi-e-na-aš for meyanaš in line 21′.
